The moment we drove up to Le Shiloh Shabby Chateau, I was overwhelmed with detail. Lee from Inspired Comblogulations has hospitality down pat.

It was about 2:30 in the afternoon when David and I let ourselves in to our home away from home for a 4 day weekend. Every light in the house was on to welcome us. There was music playing on the cd player. The warmth embraced us. The smells were inviting. The champaigne was chilled.

Fresh fruit was set out for us.

No plasticware in this house. Every sense was delighted. Sight, smell, sound, feel and taste. Five star all the way.

Each of the two bedrooms was decorated with taste, refinement and comfort in mind.

Talk about personal touches, we found a cheeseball in the fridge that Lee made for us. We enjoyed it New Year's Eve. Yum!

Yes, it was raining when we got there, but would you check out the view of the lake from our veranda? No rain could ruin that view!

There was a chandelier in every single room. I won't share every picture I took. If you'd like to see more, click here. Luxurious, isn't it?
Lee and Rick. From the top of my head to the tip of my toes, "Cheers" to you for making us feel like Royalty! Every detail exceeded any expectation I may have had.

For David's pics of our weekend, and you know they will be good, click here.
If you are looking for a getaway, I cannot endorse The Chateau enough. Thumbs up. Five stars. Smiles and giggles, this place will win you over.
With The Chateau being less than 2 hours from my house, I think I'll be back sooner than later. he he he
Happy Monday!
